gently raise both of your knees up until it reaches a 45 degree angle. Now, do a pedaling motion that is
similar with how you pedal on bikes. Repeat it until necessary.
- Crunches – this is probably the most popular and the most used type of Easy Abdominal Exercises.
Again, lie flat on your back, and tuck in your stomach. Raise your upper body with no help from your arms and
hands until you reach a 45 degree angle. After this, go back to the original position. Repeat if necessary, but
I suggest you do this until your strength wears out.
- Standing Side Bends - this exercise is effective in losing those love handles or the fat on
your obliques. Simply start with standing up, both hands on the side. Now lean from one side to another, always
emphasizing the feeling of contracting the oblique muscles. You can do this while doing something else like
watching TV or whatever it is that you are doing.
- Leg Lifts – easy to do at first but would be challenging after 15 tries. To do this simply lie flat
on the floor, raise one leg and feel those abs contract. Hold it for 3 seconds and raise the other leg. Do this
12 times.
- Cat stretch – you see how the cat stretches? Just imitate it.
